We are excited to offer a series of three unique one-day training sessions in Kobudo Asayama Ichiden Ryu, each focused on specific weapons and techniques. Led by the experienced Seki Sensei, Tsukada Sensei, and Kurosawa Sensei, these sessions are perfect for both regular students and newcomers eager to learn more about this traditional martial art. You do not need to be a member of our online lessons to join.
🗓 Training Schedule
Each session runs from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (JST) and will take place at a location within one hour by train from Tokyo (venue details to be announced).
You may choose to attend any of the following:

- Wakizashi Training
September 8th, 2026 — 10:00 a.m. ~ 6:00 p.m.
- Tamagusari (Chain Weapon) Training
September 9th, 2026 — 10:00 a.m. ~ 6:00 p.m.
- Great Kama (Large Sickle) Training
September 10th, 2026 — 10:00 a.m. ~ 6:00 p.m.
- Wakizashi Training
🔹 What’s Included
In-Person Training
Hands-on instruction from our instructors and senior students. Training focuses on Suburi (swinging exercises) and Kata (forms), including techniques that are difficult to learn alone.
Professional Video Access
A professional cameraman films all sessions. Participants can review archived training video afterward.
Equipment Rental
Weapons such as Wakizashi (iaito/bokuto), Tamagusari, and Great Kama will be provided.
You are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
