Dear friends and supporters of Asayama Ichiden Ryu and Let’s Ask Seki Sensei, thank you as always for your encouragement. We’re happy to share that this year’s training camp, held from September 2nd to 4th, has successfully come to a close!
This time we welcomed 56 passionate participants who dedicated themselves to three full days—8 hours each day—of intensive practice in Kenjutsu, Iai, and Jō. Many techniques that are hard to cover in our regular online lessons were tackled head-on, and it was amazing to see everyone’s skills visibly grow stronger day by day. Seki Sensei himself was deeply pleased to witness this progress.

On the final day, participants showcased their best efforts in serious demonstration performances, bringing the camp to a truly powerful and meaningful conclusion.
We also tried out a new training lodge with its own dojo, and it turned out to be the perfect environment. Thanks to this great experience, we’ve already decided to hold next year’s camp at the same place.
📅 Mark your calendars: the 2026 camp will be held from September 1st to 3rd! Ticket sales will begin soon—so stay tuned.

I can’t wait to see everyone again next year. Let’s train hard together once more! 💪✨
