A brand-new challenge has officially begun!

Starting this August, Kurosawa Sensei, who serves as both a senior instructor of Asayama Ichiden-ryu and the head of the Kasukabe Branch of Negishi-ryu, has launched online Shuriken-jutsu lessons!

🌀 What is Negishi-ryu?

Negishi-ryu is the only surviving classical (koryu) martial arts style that specializes in shuriken-jutsu.

And yes—koryu means it was born during the time when real samurai still walked the earth.

While many old schools (koryu) include shuriken techniques, Negishi-ryu is the only one that puts them at the center of its teachings.

🥋 No Equipment? No Problem.

You can join even if you have nothing on hand.

There are plenty of movements and techniques that can be practiced empty-handed.

Of course, if you do have shuriken and a target, you’re encouraged to practice actual shooting as well!
